How to find Serial number of Philips QT4019 Trimmer

Last week purchased Philips QT4019 Trimmer , inside the box, they had given information regarding warranty and registration.For products registered on their website extra one year warranty will be given,for this we need Serial Number of the product.
    i have searched every corner of the box and rear side of the trimmer , i could not able to find it, then i called to customer care they guided me well.

FINDING serial nuber....

take the trimmer and detach the detachable part of head, and check at back side of trimmer ,you will find 4 digit number, enter the four digits and register your product and get extra one year warranty.......

AP state pharmacy council renewal of License

AP State Pharmacy council which serves about 2 lak. Pharmacist in Andhra pradesh.But it does not have any website to give information about Fresh application for Pharmacist license or Renewals of license.
     In this post i would like to give brief info about Fresh license and in depth info about Renewals of license.

Fresh license

You have to reach office at least 9:00 am so that you can occupy good place in the "Q".first you will get Token for applying license ,the token will be given if you show Original degree or provisional degree, or if you request by showing college ID you may get(RARE CASES). after getting that token we have to wait till the date ,what is mentioned on the token.

Renewals of license
 ALL OF you should reach the office by 9:00 am so that you can complete at the earliest.
 ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY,SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOLIDAY FOR OFFICE.
This is the  most hectic part of licensing , all of you should aware that --You should present at the office  for renewal or else better send by Registered post. Authorization letters are not accepting by council.next photo will show you the documents required for renewal.

DO not forget to buy an envelope with 30 Rs stamps(to send pass book via reg. post)

ICICI knowledge park is situated about 36 Km from Jubilee Bus stand Secendrabad .From there buses which goes too wards karimnagar,cheryala and some other buses will go through a village known as Turkapally,you have to get down in Turkapally and after that cross road and get an auto , with in 15 min you will reach ICICI knowledge park , your place........

You can catch buses from Secendrabad railway station, like 211T, which directly goes to Park and buses are also available from Jublihills to Pragnapur, and Gajvel.
