AP state pharmacy council renewal of License

AP State Pharmacy council which serves about 2 lak. Pharmacist in Andhra pradesh.But it does not have any website to give information about Fresh application for Pharmacist license or Renewals of license.
     In this post i would like to give brief info about Fresh license and in depth info about Renewals of license.

Fresh license

You have to reach office at least 9:00 am so that you can occupy good place in the "Q".first you will get Token for applying license ,the token will be given if you show Original degree or provisional degree, or if you request by showing college ID you may get(RARE CASES). after getting that token we have to wait till the date ,what is mentioned on the token.

Renewals of license
 ALL OF you should reach the office by 9:00 am so that you can complete at the earliest.
 ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY,SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOLIDAY FOR OFFICE.
This is the  most hectic part of licensing , all of you should aware that --You should present at the office  for renewal or else better send by Registered post. Authorization letters are not accepting by council.next photo will show you the documents required for renewal.

DO not forget to buy an envelope with 30 Rs stamps(to send pass book via reg. post)
